A general method has been used in this paper to study the performances of front end of optical receiver, with the model of FET and various tuning networks. General formulas have been presented, with which the resonant frequency, SNR and transfer functions can be calculated. 应用FET模型和多种调谐网络,以统一的方式研究了调谐光接收机前端的特性,提出了多种调谐网络通用的计算公式,用以计算谐振频率、信噪比、传输函数。
The wideband digital receiver systems require DDC with high speed and short tuning time in order to intercept narrowband signal in broad tuning bandwidth. However, these requirements can not be met by the commercial DDC. 宽带数字接收系统要以大的调谐带宽截获窄带信号,要求数字下变频器具有高的数据率和快的调谐时间,现有的商用数字下变频器不能满足这些要求。
To design high performance tuned optical receivers, a novel unified analytical method of tuned front-end of optical receiver was presented with field effect transistor and tuning network's equivalent models. 为了设计高性能的谐振式光接收机,应用场效应管模型和多种调谐网络的拓扑形式,提出了一个统一的光接收机调谐前端分析方法。
